It is much harder to look at the math, understand the brutal realities of commercial real estate, and admit the obvious truth: shutting down those arrays was the smartest operational decision Jeff Bezos's logistics machine made that year.

The next time a company boasts about hitting their solar megawatt targets across a thousand distribution centers, do not look at the press release. Look at the maintenance budget. If they aren't spending as much on thermal imaging and electrical testing as they did on the panels themselves, they are just waiting for their own audit.
